Jon Hoak of Brookville, PA is owner and chef of the Opera House Café & Marlin's Lounge. Graduate of IUP culinary school, Jon has also studied in Switzerland and Pinehurst Country Club in South Carolina. Jon partners with Carrs Farm to bring fresh, local vegetables and herbs for his dishes.

Opera House Café and Marlin's Lounge is as quaint space with lots to admire from the high vaulted ceilings to the exposed brick wall that occupies the coffee and espresso bar. The Marlin Lounge is an additional space that can be rented out for private parties. The Marlin's Lounge is open to the public when it is not rented and is where patrons can order hand crafted cocktails, wine, and draught beers at any time. Utilizing fresh garnishes, the cocktail menu is updated seasonally to provide you with high quality beverages.
